Kathleen N. Wehrheim

Kathleen N. Wehrheim, 79, of Johnsburg, formerly Spring Grove, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015 while in the company of family members, at Alden Terrace in McHenry, IL. Kathleen was born in Chicago, IL on December 18, 1935, a daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (Mueller) Dolan. She was married to Donald Wehrheim Sr. on Sept. 18, 1954, in Chicago. She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Spring Grove. A graduate of Amundsen High School, she worked as a switch board operator at Illinois Bell Telephone and Clear Shield National in Wheeling. She was a kindergarten teacher in Spring Grove, an active PTO member and enjoyed ceramics, candy making and many crafts. Kathleen is survived by her husband Donald; two daughters, Debbie (Gary) Eichhorst, of Richmond, IL; Donna (Christopher) Baseley, of McHenry, IL; three sons Donald (Susan) Wehrheim Jr, of Richmond, IL; Dennis (Cyndee) Wehrheim, of Johnsburg, IL; David Wehrheim, of Lakemoor, IL; eight grandchildren John, Mary, Mandy, Randy, Dawn, Abigail, Tristan and Carly and five great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, a daughter Kathleen Wehrheim, two brothers Vincent and Calvin Dolan. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday December 17, 2015 at Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home 10011 Main St. Richmond. Mass of Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 18, 2015 at St. Peter's Catholic Church 2118 Main St Spring Grove. Msgr. Joseph Jarmoluk will celebrate the Mass.
