Arthur J. Boehm Jr., 89, of Genoa City, WI, died Wednesday, March 9, 2011 surrounded by family members at his residence. He was born in Chicago, on November 20, 1921, the son of the late Arthur J. and Julia (Cichy) Boehm. He was married to Rosemary Brownell on October 4, 1947 in Necedah, WI . He worked as a salesman for Coca-Cola & World Book Encyclopedia for 43 years retiring in 1989. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richmond, IL. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 8366 in Richmond, IL and served as a lector for many many years. He served in the U.S. Army as a Pvt in WW II, serving in the European-African-Middle Eastern Theater. Arthur is survived by his wife Rosemary; four daughters, Kathleen (Ronald) Nelson of Delafield, WI, Sandra Mitchell of Scottsdale, AZ, Patricia Tess of Paddock Lake, WI, Nancy Boehm of West Bend, WI; five sons Thomas Boehm of Charlottesville, VA, Robert Boehm of Genoa City, WI, Bryan (Nita) Boehm of Pasadena, TX, Timothy (Karen) Boehm of Prescott, AZ, Kevin (Cheryl) Boehm of Paddock Lake, WI; 16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Arthur is also survived by three brothers, Gerald (Marie) Boehm and Robert (Victoria) Boehm both of Mauston, WI and Donald Boehm of Rhinelander, WI. He was preceded by a daughter Mariclaire Boehm; a sister Joyce Thompson; four brothers, Ralph, Leroy, Julian and Leonard. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm. Monday, March 14, 2011 at Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home 10011 Main Street Richmond, IL. Mass of Resurrection will be at 10:30 am on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 10519 Main Street Richmond, IL with Msgr. James McLoughlin officiating.
